For those of our lovely customers who are situated in the UK; we offer free delivery for orders over £100! Yipee! Our shipping charges will be applied at checkout and work out a little something like this;

Small orders (less than £25)
2-5 working days – £3.50

Medium orders (over £25, less than £100)
2-5 working days – £4.95

Large orders (over £100)
2-5 working days – FREE!

For all of our wonderful customers living outside of the UK, your shipping will be calculated at the checkout depending on the size and weight of your order. See below for further information on international shipping.

As we are both working mama’s and mumpreneurs to boot, we try our very best to post all orders within three working days. Unless requested otherwise, our products are sent via Royal Mail First Class, which aims to deliver within 2 working days from dispatch (including Saturdays).

International orders vary and holiday periods might be slightly slower.

We certainly do. Your shipping will be calculated at the checkout depending on the size and weight of your order. Please note that some larger items may be sent by courier; please contact us for a quote prior to placing your order. Please remember that we are not responsible for any customs or tax charges that may be applicable in your country. It might be best to check these out before you place your order.

Panic over! We allow pre-orders on most of our items! A label will let you know if an item is out of stock. You will be given the option to pre order on the item page. Yey!

Although we work very closely with our suppliers and have great relationships with our Baby Abode family; we cannot always guarantee dates on pre-ordered items, as they are subject to change. However we will keep you updated on progress via email.

If something is not available to pre-order, our website will not show a pre-order option on the item page. Please get in touch with us here to find out more about the product you’re interested in and we will do our best to help you.

We would like to think that you will be thrilled with your purchase from Baby Abode; however if you are not happy then we do offer refunds and exchanges within 30 calendar days of purchase on all items. Please get in touch with us here, so that we can advise.

To be eligible for an exchange/refund, your item must be returned to us unused and unopened, in the same condition that you received it. You will be responsible for the costs incurred in returning your item and all shipping costs are non-refundable…..unless of course the item was faulty or incorrect when dispatched by us, in which case we sincerely apologise and we will cover any shipping costs in connection with your return. Please find further information below for returning items which arrive faulty, damaged or incorrect.

If you are posting an item over £20, you should consider using a trackable shipping service. Sadly, we can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary; but rest assured that we will be in touch and let you know estimated dispatch and delivery times.

We are proud of our shipping process and are 100% focused on sending the correct item to you in perfect condition. However as any tired mama would know, we can make mistakes (hopefully not too often!). If you have received the wrong item, please contact us here within 72 hours of receiving your item so that we can help. We will endeavour to send the correct item to you as quickly as possible once we have received your return and we will keep you updated on progress.

We are perfectionists and we make sure to check all items before dispatch, however if your item has slipped through the cracks and has arrived faulty, please contact us here within 72 hours of receiving your item so that we can help. We will endeavour to send a replacement to you as quickly as possible once we have received your return and we will keep you updated on progress. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns for faulty items which are not reported to us within the 72 hour timeframe.

We diligently package our items and take our packaging very seriously; we want our products to arrive in perfect condition. Occasionally, accidents do happen and if your item has been damaged in transit, please contact us here within 72 hours of receiving your item so that we can help. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns for damaged items which are not reported to us within the 72 hour timeframe.

Your order will be packaged beautifully, with our own branded stickers. We try to be as eco-friendly as possible here, and this includes re-using some of our packaging. Rest assured the package will be intact and your items will be perfect and shiny new! We also would love for you to reuse our packaging for returns and for your own use. When the time comes and the packaging’s got no life left in it, it’s time to recycle! Lets look after this world, we only get one!!
